Game cellular(VODACOM SA) Brooklyn Pretoria

<p>I bought my phone at Game Brookyln 17/12/2016 and was told to do a sim swap, ever since then I don't receive sms's and some calls. No one is willing to take the blame(GAME OR VODACOM SA). How do you put agents on those counters that can't assist? Its really irritating to be taken from pillar to post. </p> <p> </p> <p>IF THIS IS NOT SORTED I AM TAKING IT TO THE PRESS.
