Game cellphone insurance - unprofessional

<p>On the 30 May my broken phone was collected to get fixed. Then on the 17th June on a Friday i made a claim for a new phone since my previous phone was irrepairable. I was told to wait 3-4 business days until the phone was delivered, that was fair.</p> <p> </p> <p>The following week on a wednesday i call Game-Hollard to find out how long till i receive my phone and a lady tells me they only sent out the phone today(Wednesday) and it's on its way, I will receive it on Thursday or Friday. </p> <p>The following Monday I called Game-Hollard AGAIN to see what is going on and another lady tells me the phone was just released and i should receive it latest by wednesday. It is Tuesday now and I called again to check if there are no problems. The first time i call I am put on hold for 5mins and the call agent just drops.The second time I call another woman (Dipuo), tells me the order was sent to another store and the courier still has to fetch the phone, and that i should wait until friday to receive the phone.</p> <p>Does Game-Hollard really think it is fair to wait up to 10 business days for something i'm only supposed to receive in 3-4 days? I see no professionalism in lying and saying the phone is on it's way, while it's not. I've spent a month now without a phone, and money is still being taken from my account.</p> <p>I can't imagine recommending this insurance to anyone else.</p>
