Game Cellphone Insurance

I have cellphone insurance through Game and Hollard Insurance. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from an insurance company. I put in a claim for a damaged device on the 1st of July. My device was only collected on the 21st of July, on the 22nd of July the company phoned me wanting to arrange for collection of the device, after it had already been collected. I was told it would take 7-10 working days. Three days later I receive a notification that the device has been received. On the 1st of August their repair centre phoned me and said the device is repaired and should be delived on the 5th of August. After not receiving the device I phoned the call centre and was told that it has been collected by RAM Couriers and would be delivered latest on 7th of August. On the 7th I phoned asking why it has not been delivered, only to be told that the device had only been collected by RAM couriers on the 7th and that I would receive it latest 11th August. I can't wait to get my device back and cancel my insurance. I have never dealt with an insurance company so disorganized
