Game Cellphone insurance

<p>I have reported my cellphone to game insurance on the 22 June 2017, thats when my claim was registered, i paid them the required access on the 03 July 2017 and was told i would receive my phone wihin 3-5 working days, today the 11/07/2017 being the fifth day i still havent received my phone, i called them and they are telling me there is a problem with some department and i can go collect my phone at either South Gate mall or Green stone mall, i live in the east rand and going to south gate is totally out of the way for me, i requested to speak to the supervisor and they guy told me i will have to wait till friday for my phone and that is so franstrating, the service is very bad. i constantly have to call them, nobody is coming back to me to inform me if there is a problem with delivery or what is happening. im very franstrated and disgusted by the service rendered by the game insurance consultants. im still waiting without a cellphone and not even sure when they will deliver.</p>
