Game cash receipt

OK, I purchased a Russell hopps microwave, it was r1399.99. After just 3 months it stopped working, woke up and it was just dead, no light game on. I took it back too game at baywest mall where I purchased it. They tested it and saw nothing was happening so I was told I will receive a cash back. Now my thing. I paid with money, notes, got too the cashier and she gave me a cash slip. After a few minutes I asked another cashier, if I buy anything can I get actual money, she said yes, and that's what I did. Just too get another slip with the balance of 808 on it. Meaning now, I have too spend my money or this cash slip only at game. I don't think this is a fair thing to do as I do not want anything from game anymore but I do not have a choice in the matter now. It might not seem like a lot of money, but why if I paid cash money, now I have a receipt cash slip that can only be used at game? And cherry on top I was there yesterday but unfortunately the store was closed in Greenacres due to technical difficulties. So I'm wasting petrol by up and downing. I will never buy at game ever again.

Wow, did not take long on a response on email. Now have too wait 24hours too be contacted. I just want my actual south African bills back, since this is the second time I had a problem with game. 1st one was sorted out, and I thank everyone who helped in the situation. And I never brought from game after except for microwave and now I'm sitting in this position again. I think I will stay away from game in the future. It cannot be that difficult to give money back instead of giving me a cash receipt which like I mentioned can only be used at game. I would rather go spend my money elsewhere. It's frustrating me, because with the pendamic happening, I don't think a shop should do that to their customers. I could've had my whole amount back if I wasn't ****med by telling me if I buy something I will get the rest back in cash. Misleading.

4 stars. Still kind of unhappy that I had to go through this. But very pleased too say I got the rest of my money and thanks again too Enrique at baywest mall game for the assistance. I would recommend ppl too go to him for help. Thank you.
