Game Carnival Mall

On the 8th of December I went to buy nappies as the pampers was on a special for R249 for the box, I got there and they only had size 6 and I was looking for a size 5, I asked a guy that was packing out items in the Isle to assist me he then called another guy that said they never received any other size stock only size 6.(false advertising because all sizes were advertised). I went on to look at the huggies and saw the price was R159. 99 for the 'box ' as stated on the shelf(size 3) I asked the same guy if the price Is correct for the size 5 too, he said yes twice, I got to the till and it was R372. 00 I asked to see a manager because the price on the shelf is the price I pay!

The manager got to me after waiting about 30 minutes, he was rude and said it was marked R372. 00 on the shelf. I showed him that the price shows R159. 99 and a guy confirmed the price by the shelf, he asked me if the guy was wearing game clothing I said no but why does his employees call people to assist me if they don't work there, the manager ignored me and started talking to another employee, I walked out of game today very disappointed and upset.

I sent an email to game Head Office regarding this issue one the 8th , they asked for my contact number on the 10th and till today no one has contacted me. Game clearly does not care about clients.
