Game card ***** - game does nothing

I have a game RCS account . **** subscription charges and interest of a significant amount is accumulating on my account . I have not subscribed to anything . Charges to my account is named “Blue-label” - I need urgent assistance to get the transactions and interest reversed from my account and these subscriptions cancelled . My Game store staff can not assist me and just tell me this is a **** that a lot of people are struggling with .

I have emailed RCS multiple times with no response . Can not believe that they allow *****ulent transactions n consumer accounts and don’t take action .

Please assist . ***
