Game card closure with High interest rate and very bad service.

DO NOT OPEN ANY GAME STORE CARD I REPEAT DO NOT OPEN ANY GAME CARD STORE CARD GO Out THERE and Tell your Friends and family Because I Have one and I trying to close it with GAMe since April, May and Now it’s June nothing has been done and no one cares. I have been to Game store Eastgate several times , I have posted here on hellopeter you can check my previous review about the same issue on the 13 May 2019 got a reply saying it has been escalated to the relevant department nothing was done and I mean no has contacted me or anything like that . At the store spoke to Dimakatso who then contacted Nompi who was very unhelpful,rude and who showed no interest in helping . I have provided them with my ID Copy, my proof of banking details and my proof of payments as they requested this is third month. I have all the records of this . I am stuck with this card. Ombudsman needs to jump in now I guess.
