Game Cape Gate Store poor service

I took my JVC blue trolley speaker back as the system just didnt want to charge, purchased in dec 2022. I took it back on the 26/06/23 and when i waa there last week o was told it would be coming back from repairs on wed, 26/07/23. I havent received any sms or call so i called in on the 30/07/23 and spoke to Lauren who said ahell call the supplier the monday amd call me but... Nothing... I called instead but was told she couldnt get through to the supplier, which i honestly think is a lie. The 21 working day policy is long overdue...
