Game Cape Gate horrible service

Everytime I go into the Game store in Cape Gate mall the service there is pathetic today I stood in a que for more then 20 minutes to return something person helping at customer service did not even eat something for the day iam a store manager myself and I make sure that there is enough staff to relief other cashiers I don't recommend this store and they will definitely not see me again Im a regular customer as I work in the mall and it's convenient for me but the level of service is pathetic
