Game (cannot complain about the service when there is none hey)

Foreword: I hardly leave reviews, have never left a horrible one but this situation warrants it. This one goes out to Game Clearwater and the Hisense support team, bang up job guys. (Names will not be named here but if Game and Hisense follow up, I have those names)

Bought a Hisense dishwasher at Game. Two months later the salt light stayed on and eventually the machine stopped using the salt. Reported the matter via email in July 2019 to Game. After no response I followed up again a few weeks later, seems they didn't get the email, because that happens right... I messed up though, lost the slip for the purchase but Game was kind enough to find a copy at head office, by November 2019 nothing had been done. This was after a bunch of emails a phone calls, so I went to the store. I didn't realize it would take months to retrieve the copy (or did it?) By December 2019 I managed to make some headway, Game had the slip and I was told a Hisense technician would be in touch. (Great, right, all my troubles are sorted… or are they?) To add insult to injury the guy (note i say guy not technician) from Hisense support has no time management s****s, (he expected me to meet him the same day he called, but I was a work). It should be noted that it is now 6 Jan 2020, five months after the initial report of the fault. My wife works closer to home, she scheduled to meet with him the next day at 12PM, he rocked up at 11AM, called her and told her that he is waiting. So she obliged, left work to go meet with him. The first thing he told my wife when he saw the machine, and i quote, "the machine does not need the salt to clean the dishes". He said it as if to say that we should continue using the machine as is. After my wife insisted he looked at the machine (not finding any problem???), only to say that we should do a full wash with the machine and contact him once done to let him know the outcome. Like that one more wash after five months of washes would somehow magically repair the machine right??? SO we did a full wash and guess what, that's right, you guessed it, the salt light is still on and it did not use salt. When i called the guy the next day to tell him that his plan failed and to find out what the next move was... he got stroppy with me so i insisted on getting his bosses number, after giving me the number he cut the call before i finished speaking. I contacted his boss to schedule another technician, he told me that he will contact the other boss... it’s now the 16th Jan 2020, that was four days ago. Tried to call the boss again, strait to vmail, called the support desk, gave the lady a bit of a hard time (she called back the same day, nice one C) but there should be a senior tech coming out in the next few business day so i suppose we'll see.

Game, you have done me wrong and you know what they say about Karma...
