Game & Cannon you'll never see our company again

Game Brooklyn has the worst service ever - bought a brand new Cannon printer (with an extended warranty) and stopped working after 4 months! Sent it in for repairs and took 4 weeks to be "repaired", received the printer back stil and not working with no feedback from Cannon. Now I need to take it back again, the process can take up to 3 months before they refund my product. Our company relies on a printer...we needed to buy a new printer just to continue business. Really unhappy with Game and Cannon
