Game canceled my order and now doesn't wanna refund me my money.

Game canceled my order now they dont wanna refund me my money. I placed an order of 5 items on the 6th April and I received an email stating that my order was canceled on the 7th. I asked them about the canceled order they told me 1 item was sent to me and they canceled only 4 items... I asked them to please refund me the full amount and not send me that 1 item because I can't pay delivery fee for just 1 item, but they ignored me and sent the item instead. I asked them to collect the item and refund me my full amount but they still can't help me. I'm never ordering from Game online again. I'm inconvenienced as it, I'm sad I lost money which I struggle to get.
