GAME CANALWALK WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

So today I decided with my wife to go look for a baby cot we then find one at game in CANALWALK we then look for a consultant we then stand for 5 minutes eventually a sales person comes she then without looking tell us it's all sold we should go to customer service as we go we see there isn't anyone there as we stand I see two ladies haveing a chatt with one another I go up to them and rsk who works there the ladie then say YOU CAN SEE ME COMEING .I then rsk her excuse me who do you think you are speaking to .I then rsk her can I please speak to your manager a lady by the of (ROSEMARY SALIES CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER) wile I'm speaking to the customer service manager the consultant walks off again does not return I rsk Rosemary how can she allow her staff member to speak to me in that way she then said she hered everything and she will call a senior management we then await 5 min the (ADMIN manager LESLEY MAART) I explain my story she then inform me she will be on leave as from tm and that was disgusting service she will call the (SALES MANAGER SHAHIED ISAACS ) we then wait another 10 minutes on his arrival I then explain the hole scenario on my experiences at customer service he then inform me the matter will be taken to his SUPERIOR!! With out apology not rsking how anyone of the senior management that came sorted my issues out the consultant left with ATTITUDE never returned shoking I expect arnswers ???? On this kind of irrational behavior towards this kind of service were I am coming to spend my money I did not come wanting unprofessional attitude from management that could assist me not even apologizing not even taking my name or tell phone number down how in heaven name are you going to contact me if none of use was intrested in taking my contract number down in this case the managers is no different in the girl that gave me ATTITUDE and I expect a arnswer in this time all retailers are struggling and clearly CANALWALK game doesnt deserve my money
