GAME CANAL WALKS LOUSY SERVICE

I bought an LG front loader washing machine about 2-3 yrs ago. It came with a 10 yr warranty PLUS an extended warranty. 3 weeks ago it stopped working. We called Game and someone was sent out to us to see what the problem was. After a few minutes he said it could be the motor. For which they would need parts. Week one goes by...nothing. By the 2nd consecutive week my son pays Game a visit...they're waiting on parts. We are now in our 4th consecutive week. After calling canal walk a few more times they hand me over to their Head Office and I'm put through to a snarky girl who works with extended warranties . Her name is Venushka. Venushka ( or something like that) tells me very unapologetically that they would be able to tell me on THURSDAY what they were going to do in my case. AFTER FOUR WEEKS THEY WOUD "SEE" what they would do?? My machine wasnt cheap. We paid it up in less than 6 months . It has a 10 yr warranty sticker emblazoned on it. And she tells me they would SEE what they could so about it??? LOUSY DAMNED SERVICE- NO DECISION MAKERS available...and the laundry piles and I have to take it to the laundry which costs an arm and a leg. I'm completely and UTTERLY disgusted with Games after Sales Service and I would NEVER buy from them again. And everyone I speak to will know about them.
