Game Canal Walk pathetic customer care

I wish I could give game a 0 for a rating. Disgusted how we being treated at their Canal Walk branch by appliance manager Douglas and sale lady Kashiefa. Stood for over an hour at appliance section waiting for help. Games policy is they beat any price as long as its a reputable company. Ascension online had a sale on a defy fridge and defy washing machine and game. Had same same. Model which we asked them to beat the price. Douglas and kashiefa both stated Fri night they had to request the store manager to provide approval for price drop but Saturday we were forced to come into store to change items that was packed by the cashier which got damaged. Spoke with Douglas again and asked why could the manager on duty not assist and he than stated they first wanted to call ascension online and confirm their. Legitimacy. A store we bought from before and has a massive online site looks *****ulent. I anyways today is Monday came at 8 to store waited over 15mins while shop was empty for Ridah who works under Douglas and got told the way it looks we weren't getting what we wanted as they claimed the could not get through to the online store. Funny though myself and my wife tested the online stores number and we both spoke to a salesman who stayed no one from.Game tried calling them. Driving unnecessary petrol for such disgusting service and having a manager like Douglas look at us with out having any empathy shows lack Of customer care. Game should remember you need our support, and I bought over 10000 with of goods in one go and would have spent 30000 in store if your sales man never treated us like ****
