GAME CANAL WALK HAS THE WORST SERVICE DELIVERY AND MANAGEMENT

Game Canal Walk has pathetic service delivery and management. I have had an issue since February 2022 that has not been resolved. I logged another issue with my fridge in February 2023 with multiple follow ups to multiple individuals. I have been asked to call in, and when I call the said individuals only start their shift later. I have evidence of all my emails and reminders, yet no one really cares. I should have checked online reviews before purchasing at this store. If you are purchasing appliances, I suggest you go elsewhere, as not even the escalations department cares about your enquiry.
