Game Canal Walk, Cape Town, has some of the worst customer service I've experienced. The staff, including the managers, seem indifferent to customers.

While customers wander around unsure of where to pay or whom to ask for assistance, employees are sitting and relaxing.

After complaining, they give us attitude but cannot even apologize.

The only helpful staff members are the tech team.
