Game Canal walk broken fridge

I bought a fridge Sunday at GAME CANAL WALK, they delivered Tuesday. And when I opened the fridge the knob that adjusts the temperature is broken. I called immediately and they said they dont know when they can fetch it! DO YOU NOT CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SEND IT? QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOW I DONT KNOW WHEN IM GOING TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A WORKING FRIDGE!!! I BOUGHT THINGS ON TUESDAY WHEN I GOT THE FRIDGE... WHAT NOW???
