Game Canal Walk

Purchased a washing machine at Game canal walk 4 weeks ago. To date, the machine has not been delivered. Impossible to contact anyone at thevstore, as nobody answers calls. The customer support number is a waste of time.. nobody answers that either, and if they do, the call gets transferred and dropped because they are useless in assisting. The whatsapp group to log complaints .. also useless. I have at least 5 references, and not one has been responded to. Absolutely zero customer service from Game.
