Game Camp master poor quality

I recently bought a Camp master Gazebo from game. The Gazebo was used once in the most amazing conditions with barely any wind. When I packed up the Gazebo I found a few tears through the covers. This quality is so poor and 1200 is not a little money. I demand a refund as I'm extremely unhappy with this product.
