I bought a microwave at game on the 14th of February 2025, before 3 months the microwave stopped working mind you the salesperson told me how it has 2 years guarantee and 10 years warranty, took it back to game wonderpark being going forth and backwards with them they do not want to fix it and know I must pay saying ****roaches is the one that infected the microwave. Even if it was them this is not my first microwave or electrical appliances for it to last 2 months

I've checked your details and saw that the matter was escalated to our complaints team and a echnical report was provided. Regrettably, infestations are not covered under the warranty.

The technician that was given my microwave he even ask when can I arrange the microwave to be taken from him or should I let them s**** it, imagine microwave that is not even reached 3 months being s****ped

24 May 2025, 10:31Sadly, infestation does damage motherboards, Boitshwarelo and regrettably, the warranty becomes null and void. You can find this information in the manual.

Game has this reputation of selling people things that are used as new. I’m asking ntse was my microwave new or old . I’m still waiting for response if there’s any can I have my microwave and see what to do with it . I payed for it

I’m not going to rest until I get the working microwave even after you hve called me to come and collect it. I spend 3k think I’m buying a new microwave il never rest until I’m happy . Il even write to all socials if I have to or go to ex-repo. 3k that didn’t even last for 3 months
