Game brooklyn useless store
I wish there is a zerooo star. I made a laybye with game brooklyn store and went there to finish my payment but i was told the system is not working i called in again today to check but the professional customer service lady told me that i must speak to the useless manager who calls himself jp very rude unprofessional i wonder why he wants to tarnish the goodwill of game brooklyn store. He couldnt even explain to me when the system will b back online but he is a manager. This is ridiculous and herendous service from jp i will never buy from game brooklyn again and im cancelling that laybye i want my money back, Jp must growup

At Game we take customer’s complaint very seriously as we fully understand that our business success is dependent on happy customers and good customer service. What happened is totally unacceptable and having a member of management involved makes it even more serious.
