Game Brooklyn Mall - Bad experience

Just went to Game Brooklyn Mall and bought two wall mirrors. As I placed one on the table the mirror cracked in two. It was so flimsy!!! I called the manager and went back to the store - he was the rudest MAN. His answer was: "The moment the mirror pass security it is not our responsibility anymore! " Even the lady at the till was surprised by his reaction. He had no empathy and was not helpful at all and could have handled the situation as a manager much better. He was unwilling to assist me. Such a huge company and they have no idea how to treat customers and that for R200! It is a shame. Game might not be influenced by the money I spend, but this branch in particular will not see me ever again. Shame on you Mr Manager.
