GAME: BROKEN DRYER AND DOESNT WANT TO REFUND!

So have been happy with Game stores Online until now.. I have ordered a clothes dryer last week, received it within 2 days (thanks for that) until I opened it and one of the wires was already broken as I looked at it!!!! I first thought maybe I can fix it then I realised it is seriously not what Ive paid for! Ive sent numerous emails, no response. Phoned them and said they will collect on Monday... nothing, town is far to drive just for this so I am stuck with this! I also stopped telling people how amazing they are because unfortunately they didnt keep up the good work. Come and collect your broken dryer and refund!
