Game Brabantia Convention oven not working anymore

I bought a brabantia convention oven on the 4th Jan 2018 with a 24 month warranty. Now just before the warranty expires it stops working. I have now misplaced the receipt but I have bought this on my account which the receipt can be retrieved. I went to Game festival mall and they said they can't retrieve the receipt for me, I have to go to the store where I bought it. When I went to Mall of Africa where I bought it they tell me they need to email head office for a receipt which might take days for them to retrieve the receipt, and by then the warranty would have been expired. I am really frustrated because I did not choose for this product to stop working just before the warranty expires. It is my R999 down the drain for a product I can't use Please assist
