Game Boksburg customer service is bad!

We bought a Deep Freezer almost 3 weeks ago. We paid for them to deliver it. Been waiting and waiting. Everytime i call I'm being told it will be delivered this afternoon. But still nothing. Very bad customer experience. Been calling 5 times today and nobody answers the phone.
