Game Bloemfontein Fleurdal is useless

I bought a laptop for my brother at Game Bloemfontein Fleurdal. the laptop from the first day of using it kept on restarting and we thought it was installing updates or something but that kept on happening for the next few days and even over the weekend until we decided to take it back to them. they then booked the laptop in for repairs but to date the laptop has not been repaired and it is for a student who must attend online classes I don't think the people from game handling this have kids or any person in varsity they are very rude and would drop a call while speaking to them or interrupt you their service is very poor. My little brother has now spent over R800 travelling to the store since he stays next the Ufs. We could have bought a better laptop with all that money and this is a huge inconvenience from game i just pray that my brother doesn't fail his studies as this laptop is used purely for online classes and other learning material like online textbooks. to who is reading this can we get the replacement laptop we were told that they are replacing a motherboard 3 weeks ago and it cannot be that since then until now nothing has been done. Can the repaired laptop be delivered as travelling to game again is huge inconvenience please and this laptop is for a student. Assmt/ Repair ref ***. contact no is ***. I'm extremely disappointed with their service as I'm not used to it. I have visited many game stores and this is the first time we get treated like we are nothing.
