game bloed mall rude to customer and ripping people off
my mother bought a Defy washing from game in bloed mall on Saturday the 8th September 2018 the machine is not working on Monday when she when to informed them they told her the technical will call her , today when I called the store they told me that the manger is in meeting and I spoke to a very rude floor manger who even drop my call while trying to explain to him that the machine is not working the machine is not two weeks old I will like game to refund my mother her fully amount so that she will buy the machine else where I cant deal with rude people like this

19 Sept 2018, 12:35ok even when the machine is stil new ,the easy way out will be for game to refund my money so I don't have deal with your very rude staff what happen after a year or so of the machine gives me problems ,I will have to deal with your staff again
