Game black Friday blatant false advertising
Just after midnight last night I successfully qualified for the black Friday ps5 promo on the game website. Where the first 10 customers would qualify for a special discount if they used the black Friday code.
Thursday 23 when midnight striked I purchased and got the deal but game payment system crashed and I could not pay.
I phoned their customer service today and spoke to Keagan which promised to escalate the matter to their marketing department and asked them to get back to me It's almost Friday miday and no one has gotten back to me
Luckily I have screenshots of the whole process and a order reference number

28 Nov 2023, 17:08Thanks for coming back to us. According to the customer journey, all customers received the discount code and received confirmation of submitting the correct discount code. However, only the first ten customers were able to pay and complete the transaction.
