Game Bithday Competition

Game has currently had a birthday special in store when you purchase any item from Game you can scan the barcode and take a picture of the till slip and enter the competition sractch to win vouchers or collect coins to enter into the weekly draw. I have purchased a lot of items where I have won vouchers from R350-R600 rand vouchers and had not received them till date. I have had numerous discussions with their promotional team and customer resolutions team but all but empty promises. They have refused to release numerous of my vouchers after getting confirmation that these are indeed my prizes. I cant understand why would you offer such a competition but fail to release these prizes. This is indeed misleading and ******** to attract customers but not keep their promises. These vouchers where won as far as the 5th of May and no resolution as per my satisfaction. They have been giving me misleading information and they have no communication between branch, head office and client resolution. If this method does not bring joy. I will be indeed forced to go to the SA complaints and compliance department and provide proof of this misleading competition in order to attract customers for their own selfish gain.
