Game Birthday Scratch and Win Competition is ****

Game Birthday Scratch Card competition is *****ulent. I purchased both online and in store. No QR codes on slips. Could not enter online either. I tried speaking to Game via their FB page for over a week. No response. Eventually called customer care and was told to submit my proof of purchases. By this time, their FB platform eventually contacted me. Little too late. My last written contact I received was 22 May only to be told the query was sent to the relevant department and they would revert once they have answers. To date. Nothing. Called them again today 28 May, still no answers. This is false advertising and *****ulent. Every paying customer is eligible to enter. Yet their channels aren't working. This competition closes 31st May. I doubt I will receive any feedback prior to this as this is all BS to get customers to shop and they don't deliver on their own statements. The level of customer centricity is none existent.
