Game Birthday promo a hoax

Game is currently running a promotion for their birthday, they have massive posters all over their stores, that say purchase for R500 or more, and get a QR code on your receipt, scan it, if you get a scratch card you stand to win a prize. This is false, do not believe it, I went to 2 different game stores, spent in excess of R1500 at each store, and when I get the receipt, no QR code, I go to the website, it says to contact support through whatsapp and send my receipts I do that, and whatsapp support ignore me, I contact their offices through complaints and they say they are working on it. 10 days later, and I am still waiting for them to work on it. now I will take this to national consumer protection, as this is false advertising. If you are reading this, and are experiencing the same issue, please post a complaint, so that we can stand together against big companies trying to cheat South Africans. if you do not lodge a complaint they will get away with it
