Game Birthday Promo a hoax

Game is having a birthday promotion, spend R500 or more and get a chance to pop a baloon and win prizes. In store it is published all over, that you pay and get a QR code on your receipt, scan the code, and pop a balloon and if you get a scratch card, you can win a prize. I went twice to game, different stores, receipts had no QR code, but a website link, go to website, tells me take photo of receipt, which is like 30cm long and does not fit in photo then the site says contact support, they will assist Support not available on weekends or public holidays, Sent messages on whatsapp, and until now no response. Spent over R2000 at Game for the promotion and get a chance to win a prize. Now based on my experience, I wonder if anybody has won anything, or if this like so many other stores is just a **** to get people to shop for more than they need to., So Game, a product of International MassMart, seems to have realised to ***** South Africans like so many others, do not fall for their trap as well, One of the workers in the store even told me they changed the normal price on the sale items, and made it higher, so that you think you getting a big discount but you not
