Game Bethlehem - poor after sale service

Bought a Univa gas stove and electric oven from Game Bethlehem, with a 5 year warranty. The electric oven worked 3 or 4 times, then the oven didn't switch on anymore. We live in Senekal which is 60km from Bethlehem. I phoned Game they said I shouldn't bring the oven to Bethlehem, but I must go to Bethlehem so that they could log a call then they'll send a technician to Senekal to fix the oven. I drove to Bethlehem and the sales person at game took my phone number and said they'll call me. It's has been 3 weeks and I've not yet received a call from Game. They will not let me take the oven to Bethlehem and I've received no communication from Game at all. When I phone Game it doesn't seem that anybody has the competency to assist me. I'm really disappointed in their services.
