Game Bela Bela Extended Warranty **** and Service Delivery Non Existent

We Bought a Vacuüm Robot from Game in Bela Bela Mall late 2022 and as for everything we buy we at Game we take out a extended warranty, when our robot started giving trouble by just spinning around in one place and then a red light starts blinking, we took in to Game Service centre on 6 May 2024 for a Repair, We were told that it would take max 3 weeks for the Repair, we got a msg on 4 June to say it’s fixed we must collect it only to get home and it hasn’t even been touched, doing exactly the same thing just for us to drive back to Game on 6 June for them to tell us sorry they were not aware we had a extended warranty we have to book it in again although we gave in the Warranty docs the first time. Now today 7 July 2024 more than 2 Months later still we don’t have our vacuum back, I only received a phone call on the 4th of July to say sorry we didn’t do anything because we don’t have a power supply??????? 2 Months later!!!! We are Regular Clients of Game, Me and my wife both have separate accounts there and we buy all our tv's and appliances there for years now even Groceries, if this matter is not resolved we will be forced take this matter further, as the service is just non existent at Game Bela Bela
