GAME BEING DISHONEST WITH THEIR ADVERTISING

I saw an ad on the following link https://game_specials.my-catalogue.co.za/game-specials/catalogue-180385-12

It directed me to a item i was interested in, the cost R1499.00 "strength bench combo set" the special running from the 26/07/2024 - 11/08/2024 - page 13

I called GAME store in Beacon Bay retail park and I was told the product is in and at the price I saw on the ad. I rushed 40km to buy it, when i got there the item was standing on the floor for R1799.00. So I showed a picture of the item I took from my computer and he said NO NO NO it is R1799.00. I asked for the Manager. She took the item number down 786996 and left for 20min, when she returned she said NO, it is R1799.00. I told her that I will be complaining about that as it is bad customer service and wrongful advertising. I spent 400 on fuel and an extra 300 for the item. I will can't wait for MAKRO to open in East London.
