Game Beacon Bay is useless

i bought a bicycle that literally fell apart as my son was driving it..........the pedal the brake cable stripped the stand was lose the back wheel was buckeled........but as a unhappy customer im not allowed a refund as its seen as underware???????? Im sick and tired of this....i must wait for them to repair it and it takes weeks and my son is suppose to ride it home from school but they don't care!!!!!! I dont even know why people still go there and buy things as the MANAGERS AS NEVER AVAILABLE TO TALK TO OR NOT AT WORK!!! So how does one resolve this when they don't even care about the law when they back there suppliers over there paying customers!!!!! I just want my money back and i will never enter a Game store in my life they are seriously useless!!!!!!!!!
