Game Baywest service

Im trying to phone Game Baywest mall since 12 o clock on the 30th of March 2021. Its now 13:21 & still no answer. Ive wasted R20 just on hearing ur call will be answered. Its unacceptable. Called Game Greenacres they answer their phone and they tell me they also struggling to get thru. How can a person do business like that????
