GAME BAYWEST REPAIRS AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE IS THE WORST

I am writing because I dont know what else to do. End May 2021, which is last year, i took out a contract with Game for two X ALCATEL 10 inch tablets for my kids. The contract price is R149 per month and includes 2GB DATA and 1GB data for each tablet respectively.

The problem is that these tablets have been giving us hassles since we got them. We live far from Baywest and we keep having to travel there to return the devices for repairs. one tblet has been with them since beginning December until now. When i phone the repairs counter for information i am always told they will call me back. they never do.

The first tablet was replaced, and shortly after, that new device started giving problems as well, screen flashing, not charging, and receiving phone calls from strange numbers. the tablets also start ringing randomly and wont stop until the devices are restarted. The 2nd tablet has been replaced about a month ago, but this was replaced with a 7 INCH TABLET instead of 10inch, which makes me fuming mad because i am paying for 10 inch tablets. also, the motnhly data is goign to waste every month because we havent been able to use it all this time. my kids had downloaded whatsapp the first week they got their tablets last year, and they'd been receiving messages from strange numbers because vodacom recycles thier numbers, which had my kids exposed to random strangers, WHICH I AM NOT OKAY WITH!!!!!!!!

when game repairs desk gave us the 7 inch tablet they said its not their problem, we need to go to vodacom to sort that out ourselves. we still are awaiting the return of the other tablet which has been there since february. my husband and I are busy people, we dont have time to be running around like this. i will never ever buy another cellphone or even appliance from game because if you go in store you will see how many people actually return big items, the stuff is standing the whole place full there.

VODACOM AND GAME YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING!!!!!! I want some kind of refund or i want new devices of a different brand but something must happen. You can never treat your customers this way, it is not ok!
