Game Bay West mall *********** staff

Went to buy a laptop specially with a dvd rom, bought the "laptop" and found that it is a notebook. 10mins later the sales person want to make sure we didn't put a password or not broken it. Your f fault you supp**** it wrong and who the h can break it in a few minutes a laptop. Game has seen me for the last time, closing my account already for previous incompetence too. What does Bay West mall Game in PE does not understand about the difference between a laptop and a notebook. Obviously *********** staff hire because of stupid country laws.
