Game Ballito useless contact number

Trying to contact Game Ballito is like trying to look for a chicken teeth...it rings and rings and then "Sorry there is no reply at this number"! Really!? Not good at all. Have tried several times on different occasions. Just wondering if they have anyone there to assist telephonically at all. If not, why advertise a contact number.
