Game Ballito poor service

<p>At the beginning of January 2017 I submitted my laptop that was under extended warranty for repairs.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. After about 3 weeks when I called for a follow up they said they had initially not copied my warrant certificate correctly so I must resubmit - which I did</p> <p> </p> <p>2. Fees weeks later I called again-this time my laptop is not approved since they had initially put the "wrong date" on their system when I signed the contract for the warranty so I had to wait again</p> <p> </p> <p>3. End of February I received an sms indicating my laptop is fixed, went to collect it only to realize it is still faulty. It's March the second today as I hopelessly wait</p>
