GAME BALLITO DOES NOT REFUND PURCHASE ON CREDIT CARD

My wife bought a stove on 25.06. 2022 for R2899 on my credit card. As turned the stove was not suitable and it was returned for credit. My wife then bought a more expensive stove for R3599 on the same date and once again paid with my credit card. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, the R2899 has not been repaid to my credit card. In the meantime I am paying interest on my card!!
