GAME BAD SERVIRCE

Terrible experience my mom had with Game Chris Hani. She is a pensioner bought machine cash in 2018Whirlpool top loader 16KG & still under warranty. Mom reported faulty machine for the 3rd time now and same issue. However they don't want to give her a new machine or her refund. She bought machine with her pension money as she is a very sick person & she cannot do her washing with her hand as she has arthritis. Called manager in charge and he is not willing to help as he said technician must come again to asses the machine for the 3rd time. I will take this matter to Ombudsman as this is not fair for an old sick woman to go through all this stress. "I WILL ADVISE ALL NOT TO BUY AT GAME, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENT'S" BAD BAD BAD
