Game bad service not to be trusted
Im reporting that Game stores are not to be trusted with money on online purchases. I ordered a wasching machine in april that could not be delivered so I canceled the order ..order nr *** on the 12th of may wich is 19 days ago i paid R3600.00 through banking app to game ..I have been phoning them freqeuntly asking when they will pay me back and the make promises each time but still have not paid my money back after 19 days.. Ppl be aware that Game cannot be trusted with youre money ..my money is pulling interest in their bank account whilst I have rent to pay here 19 days its my money it doesnt belong to game they have no right to keep it so long. I run the homeless shelter here and deliver food to lots of hungry ppl game has caused me to have z set back in delivering to needy ppl..cause i bought washing machine from builders after game couldnt deliver since i explained the washing machine is essential for work I do ..

I tottally feel I will never buy online from game again and will advise ppl on this sight nation wide that they stand a risk of losing with game.
