Game Bad Service

Bought a brand new fridge from game on blackfriday. Didn’t open it until we moved to cape town recently and noticed that the freezer door rubber is causing the door to not seal properly and its freezing up. Loggend a service call with them on Wednesday 2/02/2022. Its now the 10/02/2022 and they still haven’t sent out a technician to come and fix the door. I have to call them everyday and everyday its the same bull**** story(a hisense technician will call and arrange a time to come and fix it). No one has called, struggling to get hold of someone at canal walk game to find out when they are going to send someone. This is really **** service.
