Game bad service delivery

Bought a dishwasher online. Site showed that there was stock available. When delivery was due I contacted game to ask why was my dishwasher not delivered yet I was informed that there is no stock and my purchase was rejected by the system and that they automatically do a refund. It was purchased on 1 March 2023. Still no refund or dishwasher.
