Game bad service

Bought a Asus laptop at game for my grand daughter. She is home schooling and need a laptop at all times. I bought the lap top March 2024. Now after 3 months it is faulty. Did not want to charge. We took it back to Game Vredenburg, and ask for or money back or another laptop that she can use while they send it in to be fixed. Answer on both of my questions were no. My grand daughter needs to do assignments during the holiday period and the assignments must be handed in when school.starts. j don't have any other laptop that she can use. So now what? Because if the bad service she stands a chance to get a naught for her assignments.
