Game Bad service

I was at Lichtenburg Game Stores this morning.I went there for assistance in connection with dstv decoder for testing as I bought the decoder from this branch. Firstly this branch does not open at 09h00 as the times show. Only opened at 09h15. Secondly inside the store we waited about 40 minutes for somebody to assist me. Then I had to ask for somebody to assist me. Then I waited another 15 minutes. Then the guy assisted me was actually professional and we saw the decoder is faulty. Back to customer care inside the store was another waiting story. There I had to wait again for about 20 minutes and somebody was to be called again to assist me. Then the printer failed apparently and I was asked to go home and come back later to the store and MAYBE the printer will work. I told the person it is unacceptable as how many times must I drive up and down for a printer that will work MAYBE. She went to the printer and for some miracle the printer was working. And another issue is when I phoned the branch manager from the store the phone was hunged up in my ear,

Is this how GAME treat their customers???????????
